today... lol today went out with niang.. we went to study at ang mo kio's KFC first den went to queensway to buy new year clothes and stuffs.. lol~...niang's got wad he needs but i din have mine.. hahaz coz i was lacking of cash.. but that pair of shoes was really nice =).. hmmmz anyways tonite de stars so chio..

www.dyingis.blogspot.com..*or u can access from my last link in my blog* yupz.. it's about this woman who had a tumour on the back of her neck.. she died on 6 Dec but her blog still lives.. it's a very touching site which shows how she treasured life itself even though she knows that her days are numbered.. she's a singaporean.. and people from all over the world are sending their deepest condolences to her.. to me i really admire her courage to live.. go visit and be inspired.. her blog was reflected in the newspapers..

yest went to basketball and nobody wanted to train coz all tired and sianx.. moreover the weather was very hot and humid.. yupz.. that's the kind of training we always dreaded.. but played a couple of matches towards the evening.. it feels so good to be like

heyx.. going on diet is not eating lunch or not eating dinner de.. going on diet means.. eating the right kind of food in every meal.. not junk food but fruits and vegetables.. *u know? food pyramid.. pri sch texts comes to good use u know?* everything.. it's been proven that if u dun eat meals.. when the next meal that u take comes.. you'll be so hungry that u eat a lot den usual, all the carbohydrates especially.. den when u dun get enuff exercise to burn off these extra stored energy they turn into fats and u grow fatter.. in fact* being too skinny doesn't mean you're healthy! so take my advice and start to do sit ups.. crunches, leg raises regularly.. it'll give u a good figure + a healthy lively kicking body! =)
take care everybody and those who are reading this.. healthy diet!! mind u!.. hahaz most of all take care and dun torture urself.. ya get me? hahaz.. enjoy life man!

pms.. pmS.. pMS.. PMS!!
having rounds and rounds of pms these days hahaz so easily irritated and always attitude other ppl.. din mean them actually worx.. so ermx soRries!! esp. to manting. din mean to att u the other day de.. den i also att mr neo.. but who cares hahaz.. think have to work hard in basketball le.. hols are ending soon and i still have not study yet.. so sianx de.. that day we went to SAS for this basketball tournament.. in the end got the 1st runner up..went up against the americans twice.. the no. 8 is sho chio lorx! and we played a rugby match.. knocking down everybody.. jia xin so poor thing got squeezed by 3 ang mohs.. yupz haha think i'm very lan in bball but can't give up half way so muz reflect alot against the match.. van already scold me say i v blur.. so next time bball muz be more alert and rough le.. jia you worx!! and i swear not to att anyone anymore...hmmmz..
christmas is coming le... hahaz. yeah man!! ok lahz shall stop my entry here coz i'm rather sianx.. going to go training le worx.. hahaz..

new layout.
hahaz having a new layout now lahz.. not perfect or something at least i'm happy with it hahaz.. anyways thankz to shan for helping me find the frames.. lol~ will keep on editing the frame and everything from now.. let's juz do with it lor.. hahaz.. yupz.. hols are ending and i'm hoping for a very enjoyable christmas next weekend.. lol~ the computer is still not fixed and i have to be stuck with my sis's laptop.. which she doesn't allow me to use from time to time den.. hahaz have been watching lord of the rings these days.. ever since dearx lend it to me.. it's very nice.. dun care bout that naggy woman *my jie*, who says "wad's all this things about, alexander, troy, lord of the rings and king arthur..they're like 'you kill my fellow brothers.. i conquer!!!' yingzhi's bbq party...
hmmm yest din blog coz was at yingzhi's bbq party.. yupz.. was very fun de worx.. went to bishan to meet them for lunch @ 11:20 and not a single person is there worx.. den i went for window shopping @ j8, found this really cute beanie cow with cute feathery hair. hahaz.. very cute woRx.. so i bought it.. not v ex too.. but v cute hahaz..*wasting money* wells.. it's the nature born in girls.. can't stop it, 11:30 le.. went down to macdonalds and totally nobody worx.. they all were late.. den there was xinying, shan, ade, xiao hui, jia xin, stef and genevieve.. shan had given me a !!PANdA!! hahaz it was SHO cute!! really irresistable.. pandas are extremely adorable and i'm gonna love it, reminds me of the pandaren brewmaster.. equally cute de worx.. hahaz..den we went to NTUC fairprice to buy things to contribute to the bbq party worx.. we bought these minute balloons for water balloons and some drinks juz to add in to the party atmosphere hahaz.. den in the trolley, jiaxin go climb inside worx.. hahaz she looks very cute loR! hahaz. but she v paisehs and i took a photo of her.. *evil* hahaz.. this boy went to tel his dad, "papa.. ni kan na ge jiejie zuo zai li mian!!" den cracked all of us up.. still me and ade are puzzled why genevieve laughed @ that huge snowman.. well.. it's juz an ordinary snowman with a carrot for a nose and scarf and acorns for the facial features.. instead the funniest part of the whole thing was gen.. hahaz.. we tricked yingzhi that S.A.X.Y was not coming coz we were going to watch a movie that day.. i didn't really know wad movie to name, and inprecautiously i said "Briget JOnes!!".. so unlike us hahaz such a feminine show i guess only ade *where she claims herself chiobu* would watch.. our catwoman @ yck mrt with yingzhi, tried to make matters worse.. hahaz in the end she was real pissed and she called shan.. shan, thru biasness revealed our plan and we swore her from amk to yck mrt station.. hahaz..
yingzhi's house is really very close to mine and it's juz one bustop away.. walk along the road too.. hahaz but this girl *wearing the FBI shirt* was super duper hyper about everything.. jumping all around @ traffic lights.. plucking bounavillas(dunno how to spell)and putting it on her hair, jus to act gay or something hahaz.. in the end xy and ade were the ones to put them on.. hahaz.. walking to her house takes ages.. it was hot.. very far and HOT.. yeax.. hahaz but when we reached her house.. it was spectacular!! very clean loRx.. and very nice.. u can't describe it with words.. but see it with ur own eyes!! her bed was filled with soft toys all about.. dunno how she slp de worx.. and i adored her little fridge, little bar *in fact* @ the small corner of the living room.. "welcome to the urban life.." one family with 3 kids.. 3 com each pentium 4 and 3 desks each.. a fish pond, 3 or more toilets.. look better than resorts de worx.. and 2 kitchens.. 2 maids.. 1 grandma who can drive so well, loving parents.. PS 2 with 4 controllers and hell loads of games.. 1 bball board n net, 2 bball.. 1 mini library above.. and a single huge room for the only son, 1 piano and 3 CARS!! *rAwking!!* more n more n more.. wad more can u get..but their neighbour had a private swimming pool worx sho good ahahz..
the next programme for the day was. swimming @ mimosa condo.. i went back home to change to the correct gear and went there.. swimming was really fun de worx.. hahaz.. mayi was trying to learn how to dive like the show ren wo ao you.. den shan damn pro in swimming.. teaching her de.. ahaz.. me too dived many times.. we had this competition in frog style.. but guess i'm so slow.. hahaz.. freestyle and backstroke faster.. hahaz.. finally learn how to turn in the water and kick off.. like wad they did in that show.. hahaz cool... den there was this diving board for all of us to jump...only me n shan went to jump.. others dunno why worx.. hahaz.. shan can do the somersault.. while i can do half only.. hahaz sho lousi.. den the security guard.. dunno how to say hahaz.. girls shy mahz.. den wan wear shirt down mahz.. den he scold us.. so we have to take off wahz.. most of them strip to their sbs.. cool hahaz.. lucky i wore proper attire.. hmmmz.. but also nothing much de.. hahaz lucky in the pool all girls de.. and one boy and his ah gong.. hahaz den the security guard sho jiko keep staring at us de.. *yuckSx* hmmm we also had water fight.. hahaz i was piggy-backed mayi all the time man.. and we are strong hhaz.. coz other teams cannot beat us.. but xinying and ade are a strong team.. hahaz.. but we still win..the Y.A (yvonnes alliance) were truly unbeatable.. mayi wanted to piggy back me.. but.. until the deeper parts she can't stand le worx hahaz.. so i also got drowned with her... there was also this breath holding competition.. our 2 best competitors were catwoman and shan.. hahaz shan is of coz de mahz coz she swim every sunday de worx.. den catwoman *so surprising de worx.. i tot cats are supposed to despise water, incompared to holding ur breath in water..* hahaz catwoman WON!! 90+ secs i think.. yeaz hahaz.. enough for swimming le.. and me n mayi went to the rocking bench there to sit.. rocking n rocking all the way.. we were discussing how romantic the scenary would be at night.. was very fun.. but abit giddy at first.. hahaz..
went back to clean ourselves up and i help a little bit with the hotdog plus cheese.. den they started the fire.. i really fan the fire alot.. there were 2 pits.. hahaz finally clarissa a.k.a elmo and rachie came hahaz..and elmo can't stop bbqing all those stuff she never eat and she kept helding on to that pair of thongs.. hahaz.. sho hardworking de.. in the end.. i fired her from bbq business.. hahaz and ordered those pair of sacred thongs to be returned to me.. she can den finally go and have something to eat..den i was the one that was dripping the oil over the fire for some "magic".. hahaz..the marshmallow was really really delicious. i love marshmallows worx.. hahaz mayi too! den everybody was savouring at those savourble and mostly savoured, savouring chicken wings...
we had waterbombs next.. filling those packets of waterbombs.. made me wet even b4 the game really started haha... while others were playing games and computers in that room.. me, ade, xinying, rachel and jia xin were filling up bags n bags of waterbombs.. loL~.. den the real game commenced.. we play zhong ji mi ma.. and i think jia xin was the first one to get it hahaz.. smashed with bags of water.. so cool.. very fun.. laughed alot.. den ade was v complacent hahaz say she wun get the number one worx.. hahaz.. but the last round she really tio the number.. loL~ her lucky charm might have been gone le.. loL~.. but nobody was spared.. everybody got really really wet except xiao hui and yingzhi's little siblings.. hahaz.. the last part was cleaning up and we cleaned very long woRx hahaz..
ade, xinying and catwoman came to my house to ton.. hahaz we used the com.. talked alot about various topics. and i was hugging the PANDA hahaz.. hao cute worx.. had to cook noodles for them coz they were hungry hahaz.. not bad huh.. those noodles.. yupz den we cuddled ourselves in those cushions and pillows plus layers of blanket.. i fell asleep halfway watching a taiwan show commercial.. it had really been a tiring day bahx, but it was fun worx.. the next morning.. which was today,had also been great worx.. hahaz but we watched tv, eat and played computer games like crazy taxi and sonic hahaz.. sonic is tough man... den yingzhi came bringing her PS 2 here and we played this game called SWAT.. u had to kill other ppl.. and ade put her name is CHIO bu.. diAox hahaz.. wadevax.. the comments given was really farnie.. i had the most common times of "less than lethal" ranking hahaz.. and ade had the red hoods with a guy with moustache.. hahaz so ugly still say chio bu loL~.. den we played Bloody Roar 3 so cool can change into beast and the tiger is very shuai woRx.. too bad there was no panda.. it would've been great too!! hahaz.. they left after that.. and i'm not sitting here typing this blog entry.. i guess it's long huh hmmm altho had 2 fun days..

back from kuala lumpur bball incentive trip..
hahaz.. now at shan's house using her com hahaz.. hmm was laughing at the photos that we took in kl.. loL~.. if u all wan go see, can go to shanting's blog, can find the link below hahaz.. it's really very farnie loL~.. muz take note of ade, xinying, and hanleng* pls take note of tat cat woman like photo hahaz.. very farniex.. where u can spot her beautiful legs and thighs in action! muahahah...* loL~.. we really had fun worx.. but it's like now my com is down for over one month.. almost..-.-" awww hao sianx worx.. but nvm got my dearx pei me everytime i'm so happy worx.. bball training is also going to take up my precious time during the hols.. at least dun needa slack at home le worx.. hahaz..
today was at training... compared to other trainings it's not really tough.. but it all starts with the usuals.. 25 rounds.. and den did some PT, like the backwards pumping on the stone bench was very very tough.. hahaz 60 @ one time lO!.. wells.. muz train den can be stronger mahz.. hmmmm.. last part we were so tired and still training.. =P.. hahaz =) shan slack never come.. and ade woke up late at 8.40 and she went back to slp! wells..haha
we went to seoul garden to eat.. coz ade wants to..-.-".. i was eating ALOT ALOT liaoz lorx.. and ade keep scolding me say i waste food or wadeva i really eat alot lor!.. now xinying also accusing me.. hmmm hahaz.. den she wanan compete with this malay pair eating over the other side of the table.. they had stayed there for dunno how many hours.. really very long and they eat alot.. but XINYING refuses to LEAVE and she is stuffing herself with those fruits.. hahaz.. she also play with ice.. i shan't play with these kind of childish mouse hahaz.. =P.. i'm so bad.. loL~.. den shan ask us to go to her house and pei her.. hahaz.. so we went lorx.. but mayb she said that we rawks too earli becoz we went there rather late.. now i'm using her com liaoz.. hahaz.. =) yeah finally can le.. and xinying is beside me.. hicupping all the way hahaz.. and shan juz punched the cupboard.. hahaz hao lame worx.. hao lahz.. me go le worx.. byebye

finally blogging le
hmmm.. back from training worx.. so tired.. training has been intensive this holidays.. monday tues and thurs.. can't stand it but i really dislike mr neo..he's coming to kl.. yucks..hahaz.. wadevax.. always seek revenge with me de.. heiba brought his grandson and grand daughter today worx.. hahaz the grandson so cute.. hurzhurx, hmmm today's training is considered quite slack.. great weather too!! loL~.. tania's dad, coach cher.. came to train us... doing lay ups without the ball.. everybody muz jia you.. next morning still got training.. hmmm blog until now bahx.. feeling so tired and crampy.. yucksx... drink lots of water worx.. and the sportsman psychological course really extra de, still got so many days.. feeling so offensive.. really really really weird lately..
